At Cansui, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and prepared with care in our Bodrum workshop.
We hope you love your jewelry as much as we loved creating it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
